THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED LOAN AND SECURITY AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) dated as of September 27, 2018 (the “Effective Date”) between (a) SILICON VALLEY BANK, a California corporation (“Bank”), and (b) (i) TUFIN SOFTWARE TECHNOLOGIES LTD, a company organized under the laws of the State of Israel (“ISR Borrower”), and (ii) TUFIN SOFTWARE NORTH AMERICA, INC., a Delaware corporation (“US Borrower”) (ISR Borrower and US Borrower are hereinafter jointly and severally, individually and collectively, referred to as “Borrower”) , provides the terms on which Bank shall lend to Borrower and Borrower shall repay Bank.
