THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated effective as of March 17, 2015 (the “Effective Date”) is entered into by and between Electronic Cigarettes International Group, Ltd, a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), and Daniel J. O’Neill, an individual with a physical address at 304 Spring Creek Drive, Canmore, AB T1W 0G8 (the “Executive”) (collectively, the “Parties,” individually, a “Party”).
