In connection with the termination of your employment with LogMeIn USA, Inc., (the “Company”) on April 10, 2020 (“Termination Date”), you are eligible to receive the severance benefits described in the “Description of Severance Benefits” attached to this letter agreement as Attachment A, contingent upon your signing and returning this letter agreement (the “Letter Agreement”) to Jo Deal, CHRO by April 13, 2020, and that you not revoke your acceptance of the Letter Agreement. By signing and returning this Letter Agreement, and not revoking the Letter Agreement, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in the Letter Agreement, including but not limited to the numbered paragraphs below, which includes the release of claims set forth in paragraph 3. You are advised to consult with an attorney before signing this Letter Agreement.
