This Amended and Restated Master Repurchase Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made as of June 29, 2018, among CREDIT SUISSE FIRST BOSTON MORTGAGE CAPITAL LLC, as administrative agent (the “Administrative Agent”), the Buyers (as defined herein) from time to time party hereto, and PENNYMAC CORP., as seller (“Seller” or “PMC”).
