This Third Amended and Restated Agreement of Limited Partnership (Agreement) is made inLa Jolla, California, and is effective as of March 5, 2015, , by and between Altegris Advisors, L.L.C., 1200 Prospect Street, Suite 400, La Jolla, California 92037 (Altegris Advisors and the General Partner), and each other party who shall execute this Agreement, as amended, whether in counterpart, by separate instrument or otherwise (including through Power of Attorney), as limited partners (collectively Limited Partners) (the General Partner and Limited Partners are sometimes collectively referred to as Partners). This Third Amended and Restated Agreement of Limited Partnership amends and restates in its entirety that certain Second Amended Agreement of Limited Partnership effective as of April 14, 2011.
