INDENTURE dated as of March 1, 2010 among Morris Publishing Group, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (the “Company” or “Morris Publishing”), and Morris Publishing Finance Co., a Georgia corporation, (“Morris Finance,” each an “Issuer” and together, the “Issuers”) as joint and several obligors, the Guarantors (as defined herein) listed on Schedule A hereto, and Wilmington Trust FSB, a Delaware banking corporation, as trustee (the “Trustee”).
