This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this 10th day of May, 2022 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Oriental Culture Holding Ltd., a Cayman Islands company (the “Company”), and Yi Shao (the “Executive”).

Whereas Party A and Party B signed the Office Premises Use Contract (hereinafter referred to as “the original contract”) on December 30, 2022 with respect to the use of office space in Party A’s office area, now both parties sign the following supplementary agreement on the use of office space in the original contract through friendly negotiation:

Whereas Party A and Party B signed the Technical Maintenance Service Contract (hereinafter referred to as the “Original Contract”) on July 1, 2021, pursuant to which Party B provides technical maintenance services for Party A’s trading system. Now, Party A and Party B have reached an agreement on the remuneration in the original contract as follows:

Whereas Party A cooperates with Party B and now both parties hereby enter into the following contract with respect to Party B using the office space of Party A for office purposes on the basis of equal cooperation and mutual benefit, intending to be bound hereby:
