This is an Agreement, entered into effective on September 9, 2022, by and among NV REIT LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Company”), Neighborhood Ventures, Inc., an Delaware corporation (“Neighborhood Ventures”), and the persons admitted to the Company as members by the Manager following the date of this Agreement (“Investor Members”). Neighborhood Ventures and the Investor Members are sometimes referred to as “Members” in this Agreement.
