This 2017 Split Dollar Agreement and Endorsement (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of this 22nd day of January, 2018 by and between The State Bank and Trust Company, an Ohio-chartered bank (the “Bank”), and David Homoelle, Regional President, Columbus (the “Executive”). This Agreement shall append the Split Dollar Policy Endorsement entered into on even date herewith or as subsequently amended, by and between the aforementioned parties.

This AGREEMENT between SB Financial Group, Inc. (the “Company”) and David Homoelle is effective as of the 22nd day of January, 2018 (the “Effective Date”). This Agreement replaces the SB Financial Group, Inc. Change of Control Agreement for David Homoelle dated June 30, 2016 (the “COC Agreement”).
