("ERVR"), a Nevada, USA Corporation and Mr. CAI HanXiong (proprietor of the CHUANGRUN Group of Companies) have reached an agreement concerning CHUANGRUN MEDIA LIMITED of Hong Kong ("CR Hong Kong") and GUANGZHOU CHUANGRUN ADVERTISING COMPANY LIMITED ("CR Guangzhou").
