THIS EXECUTIVE CONSULTING AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), is made and entered into effective as of May 1, 2021 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Star Gold Corp., a Nevada corporation with a principal business address of 1875 N. Lakewood Drive, Suite 200, Coeur d’Alene, Idaho 83814 (the “Company”) and Paul Coombs (the “Executive”). The Company and Executive are referred to below individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
