Third Supplemental Indenture dated as of October 2, 2020 (“Supplemental Indenture”), by and among D.R. Horton, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), each of the subsidiaries of the Company that are signatories hereto as the initial guarantors (the “Initial Guarantors”) and Truist Bank (formerly known as Branch Banking and Trust Company), as the trustee (including any successor replacing such person in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Indenture, the “Trustee”), to the Indenture dated as of October 10, 2019, by and between the Company and the Trustee (as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time in accordance therewith, the “Base Indenture”).
