THIS OPTION, LICENSE AND COLLABORATION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of July 14, 2019 (the “Execution Date”) by and between GALAPAGOS NV, a corporation organized under the laws of Belgium and having its principal place of business at Generaal De Wittelaan L11 A3, 2800 Mechelen, Belgium (“Galapagos”), and GILEAD SCIENCES, INC., a Delaware corporation having its principal place of business at 333 Lakeside Drive, Foster City, CA, 94404, USA (“Gilead”).
