This REMARKETING AGREEMENT, dated as of March 7, 2019 (this “Agreement”), by and among Nuveen AMT-Free Municipal Credit Income Fund, a closed-end investment company organized as a Massachusetts business trust (the “Fund”), Nuveen Fund Advisors, LLC, a registered investment adviser and wholly-owned subsidiary of Nuveen Investments, Inc. (the “Investment Adviser”), and Barclays Capital Inc., a Connecticut corporation (the “Remarketing Agent”).
