This Severance and Consulting Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of June 4, 2014 (“Effective Date”), by and between VAALCO Energy, Inc. (the “Company”) and Robert L. Gerry III (“Executive”). The Company and Executive may be individually referred to herein as “Party” and collectively as “Parties”.
