In May 2013, Midasplayer.com Ltd (“Company”), a subsidiary of King Digital Entertainment plc, on behalf of the Company and its group of companies (collectively, “Group”), entered into an unwritten management services agreement (“Agreement”) with Apax Partners LLP (“Apax”).
