This Investment Advisory Agreement (“Agreement”) is made as of the 1st day of October, 2012, by and between DREXEL HAMILTON MUTUAL FUNDS, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of its series listed on Schedule A hereto (each, a “Fund” and collectively, the “Funds”), and DREXEL HAMILTON INVESTMENT PARTNERS, LLC (the “Adviser”), an investment adviser registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”).
