THIS EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made to be effective as of the 1st day of December, 2011 (the “Commencement Date”), by and between Frontier Oilfield Services, Inc., a publicly traded Texas corporation (“FOSI”) (including all affiliates and subsidiaries hereinafter called the “Company”), and Bernard Richard O’Donnell (hereinafter called the “Executive”).
