(“Vanguard”), a Pennsylvania corporation with its principal place of business in Pennsylvania, and PRUDENTIAL RETIREMENT INSURANCE AND ANNUITY COMPANY (the “Intermediary”), a Connecticut Corporation with its principal place of business in Connecticut.
