SENIOR UNSECURED CREDIT AGREEMENT, dated as of June 3, 2008 (as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, this “Agreement”), among INTELSAT INTERMEDIATE HOLDING COMPANY, LTD.
