This LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY AGREEMENT of CHRISTINE SHIPCO LLC, a Marshall Islands limited liability company (the “Company”), dated as of March 30, 2007 (the “Effective Date”), is adopted, executed and agreed to, for good and valuable consideration, by Robertson Maritime Investors LLC, a Marshall Islands limited liability company (“Robertson”), AMCIC Cape Holdings LLC, a Marshall Islands limited liability company (“AMCIC” and together with Robertson the “Investors”) and Quintana Maritime Limited, a Marshall Islands corporation (“QMAR” and together with Robertson and AMCIC each shall sometimes be referred to as a “Member” and shall collectively be referred to herein as the “Members”).
