THIS BANCFIRST SURVIVOR BENEFIT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), is made as of this 15th day of November, 2006, at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma by and between Darryl Schmidt (hereinafter referred to as the “Employee”), and BancFirst, an Oklahoma banking corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “Bank”).
