This THIRD AMENDED AND RESTATED REVOLVING CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Credit Agreement”) is made as of June 23, 2006, by and among Barnes Group Inc. (“BGI”), a Delaware corporation having its principal place of business at 123 Main Street, P.O.
