TRANSITION SERVICES AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of [ ], 2006 (the “Effective Date”), by and among Cendant Corporation, a Delaware corporation (which is expected to be renamed Avis Budget Group, Inc., “Cendant”), Realogy Corporation, a Delaware corporation (“Realogy”), Travelport Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Travelport”), and Wyndham Worldwide Corporation, a Delaware corporation (“Wyndham”).
