This Award Agreement (the “Agreement”) describes some of the terms of your Emergence Award (the “Award”) under the Delta 2007 Performance Compensation Plan (the “Plan”). Your Award is also subject to the terms of the Plan, including Appendix A thereof, which sets forth the specific terms of your Award. Words beginning with a capital letter which are used but not otherwise defined in this Agreement have the meaning set forth in the Plan. In order for this Award to become effective, you must accept the Award in accordance with the terms of Section 9 below.
