THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is effective April 12, 2024 (the “Effective Date”), by and between JGMT, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (the “Company”), and Todd West (the “Executive”). (Company and Executive are sometimes individually referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”)
