THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of the 20th day of March, 2019, between Howard Bank (the “Bank”), a Maryland-chartered trust company, and Howard Bancorp, Inc. (together with the Bank, the “Employer” and a single party hereto), a Maryland corporation, and Mary Ann Scully, a resident of the State of Maryland (the “Executive”).
