This Mortgage Loan Purchase and Sale Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made as of December 23, 2014, by and between Five Oaks Acquisition Corp., a Delaware corporation (“Five Oaks” or the “Seller”), and Credit Suisse First Boston Mortgage Securities Corp., a Delaware corporation (“CSFBMSC”).
