This EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of December 17, 2013, by and between Measurement Specialties, Inc., a New Jersey corporation with corporate offices located in Hampton, Virginia (the “Employer”), and Frank D. Guidone (the “Executive”). The Employer and the Executive are sometimes individually referred to herein as a “Party” or collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”
