AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO CREDIT AGREEMENT AND GUARANTY, dated as of March 22, 2023 (this “Amendment”), by and among ADMA BIOLOGICS, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Borrower”), the other Credit Parties party hereto, the lenders party hereto (the “Lenders”) and HAYFIN SERVICES LLP, as administrative agent for the Lenders hereunder (in such capacity, together with its successors and assigns in such capacity, the “Agent”).
