This Settlement Agreement and Release is entered into between and among Plaintiff Stuart Sawyer (“Plaintiff”), on behalf of himself and all Settlement Class Members as defined herein on the one hand, and Intermex Wire Transfer, LLC (“Intermex” or “Defendant”), on the other. Plaintiff and Intermex are referred to collectively in this Settlement Agreement as the “Parties.”
