This Purchase and Sale Agreement (this “Agreement”), is made as of June 22, 2015 (the “Effective Date”), by and between ENERGY XXI USA, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Seller”), and GRAND ISLE CORRIDOR, LP, a Delaware limited partnership (“Buyer”).
