This Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Mannatech, Incorporated (the “Company“) and Roy Truett (“Employee”), and has an effective date of March 4, 2013 (“Effective Date”). The Company desires to employ Employee, and Employee desires to be employed by the Company.
