THIS CHANGE IN CONTROL SEVERANCE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into effective as of the Effective Date (as hereinafter defined), between TREDEGAR CORPORATION, a Virginia corporation (the “Company”) and MARY JANE HELLYAR (the “Executive”).
