This TECHNOLOGY LICENSE, MARKETING & COLLABORATION AGREEMENT ("Agreement"), dated and made effective as of November 1, 2010 ("Effective Date"), is entered into by and between CAVITATION TECHNOLOGIES, INC., a Nevada corporation ("Licensor"), and n.v.
