THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is effective May 24, 2021 (the “Effective Date”), by and between JGMT, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (the “Company”), and Leonardo Garcia-Berg (the “Executive”).
