Franklin Templeton Variable Insurance Products Trust (the “Trust”), Franklin/Templeton Distributors, Inc. (the “Underwriter,” and together with the Trust, “we,” “our,” or “us”), Modern Woodmen of America, and MWA Financial Services, Inc., your distributor (collectively, the “Society” “you” or “your”), on your behalf and on behalf of certain Accounts, (individually a “Party”, collectively, the “Parties”) have previously entered into a Participation Agreement dated January 15, 2021, as amended (the “Agreement”).

This Shareholder Information Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of January 15, 2021, and is among Franklin/Templeton Distributors, Inc. (“Distributors”) on behalf of each Fund, as defined below, and the Intermediary, as defined below. Unless otherwise specified, capitalized terms have the meaning set out under “Definitions,” below.

Modern Woodmen of America (“Society”) on its behalf and on behalf of one or more separate accounts of the Society, American Funds Distributors, Inc., American Funds Service Company, Capital Research and Management Company and American Funds Insurance Series, have previously entered into a Fund Participation and Service Agreement dated March 11, 2015 (the “Agreement”). The parties now desire to amend the Agreement by this amendment (the “Amendment”).
