SECOND SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE (this “Supplemental Indenture”), dated as of June 1, 2020, among Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (the “FNF Parent”), FIDELITY & GUARANTY LIFE HOLDINGS, INC.
