This Third Amended and Restated Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into on May 6, 2016, and effective as of July 1, 2016 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Melissa Reiff (the “Executive”) and The Container Store Group, Inc. (formerly known as TCS Holdings, Inc.), a Delaware corporation (“Parent”), and any of its subsidiaries and affiliates as may employ the Executive from time to time (collectively, and together with any successor thereto, the “Company”).

(“Kip”) Tindell, III (the “Chairman”) and The Container Store Group, Inc. (formerly known as TCS Holdings, Inc.), a Delaware corporation (“Parent”), and any of its subsidiaries and affiliates as may employ the Chairman from time to time (collectively, and together with any successor thereto, the “Company”).
