THIS CHANGE IN CONTROL SEVERANCE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into effective as of the 1st day of July, 2015 (“Effective Date”), between INVESTORS REAL ESTATE TRUST, a North Dakota real estate investment trust (the “Company”) and (the “Executive”).
