Integrity Life Insurance Company (“Insurance Company”), an Ohio domiciled insurance company for itself and on behalf of one or more separate accounts of the Insurance Company (“Separate Accounts”), American Funds Distributors, Inc. Franklin Templeton Variable Insurance Products Trust (the “Trust”), Franklin/Templeton Distributors, Inc. (the “Underwriter,” and together with the Trust, “we,” “our,” or “us”), Integrity Life Insurance Company, and Touchstone Securities, Inc., your distributor (collectively, the “Company” “you” or “your”), on your behalf and on behalf of certain Accounts, (individually a “Party”, collectively, the “Parties”) have previously entered into a Participation Agreement dated January 6, 2003, and subsequently amended May 3, 2004, January 1, 2006, May 1, 2007, November 5, 2007 and November 29, 2010 (the “Agreement”). The parties now desire to amend the Agreement by this amendment (the “Amendment”). Unless otherwise indicated, the terms defined in the Agreement shall have the same meaning in this Amendment.

(the “Distributor”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Nebraska; American Funds Distributors, Inc. (“AFD”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of California; and Capital Research and Management Company (“CRMC”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Delaware.

THIS ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of January 6, 2003, by and between Franklin Templeton Services, LLC, as Delaware limited liability company (the “Fund Administrator”) and Integrity Life Insurance Company, an insurance company organized under the laws of the State of Ohio (the “Company”), concerning certain administrative services with respect to each series (“Fund” or “Funds”) of Franklin Templeton Variable Insurance Products Trust, an open-end management investment company organized as a business trust under the laws of the State of Massachusetts (the “Trust”), which Funds are specified in the Participation Agreement, as may be amended from time to time, among the Company, Touchstone Securities, Inc., an Ohio corporation, the Trust, and Franklin Templeton Distributors, Inc., a California corporation which is the principal underwriter for the Trust, among others, dated January 6, 2003 (the “Participation Agreement”).
