This AMENDED AND RESTATED CREDIT AGREEMENT is entered into as of March 21, 2014 among Oshkosh Corporation, a Wisconsin corporation (the “Company” or, as applicable, “OSK”), certain Subsidiaries of the Company from time to time party hereto pursuant to Section 2.19, the financial institutions from time to time party to this Agreement (collectively, the “Lenders” and each, a “Lender”) and Bank of America, N.A., as administrative agent for the Lenders.
