This letter will confirm our understanding and agreement with respect to payments to be made to you pursuant to the Distribution and Shareholder Servicing Plans (the “Plans”) adopted by Aberdeen Investment Funds (the “Trust”) and Aberdeen Global Select Opportunities Fund, Inc.
