THIS MASTER ACQUISITION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of July 16, 2010, by and between Motorola, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Seller”), and Nokia Siemens Networks B.V., a Dutch company (the “Purchaser”).
