This letter agreement confirms your resignation of employment with Watts Water Technologies, Inc. and (if and when applicable) all of its subsidiaries (including, in particular, its Asia/China subsidiaries) (collectively, the “Company”), and your resignation from any and all other offices or positions you officially or unofficially hold with respect to any divisions or business units of the Company.
