THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), is made and entered into as of October 6, 2008 (the “Effective Date”), by and between SPACEHAB Incorporated, a Washington corporation (hereafter “Company”) and Thomas B. Pickens, III (hereafter “Executive”). The Company and Executive may sometimes hereafter be referred to singularly as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
