Reference is made to that certain Fourth Amended and Restated Senior Secured Note Purchase Agreement, dated as of September 1, 2020, between the Company, on the one hand, and the Purchasers named therein, on the other hand (the “Note Agreement”). Capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined herein shall have the respective meanings given to them in the Note Agreement.
