Republic Services, Inc. (“Company”), for the benefit of the Company and its Affiliates (defined below), and Brian DelGhiaccio, Employee ID No. 551099004 (“Executive”) enter into this Non-Competition, Non-Solicitation, and Confidentiality Agreement (“Agreement”), effective June 1, 2020 (“Effective Date”). The Company and Executive are collectively referred to as the “Parties” in this Agreement. The use of the term “Executive” herein is a general reference only and shall not be construed to provide Executive any rights or status as an employee that the individual would not otherwise have absent this Agreement.
