This SECOND AMENDED AND RESTATED CREDIT AGREEMENT, dated as of September 23, 2016, is entered into by and among Steelcase Inc., a Michigan corporation, as the Company, the Subsidiary Borrowers from time to time parties hereto, the institutions from time to time parties hereto as Lenders, JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Administrative Agent for itself and the other Lenders, Bank of America, N.A. and Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as Co-Syndication Agents, and HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Documentation Agent.
