The Obligations hereunder do not include the full completion of the Improvements in strict accordance with the Plans and all requirements of the Construction Loan Agreement not later than the Completion Date, which completion is the subject of a separate Completion Guaranty of even date herewith. 2. Obligations Unconditional. (a) The Guarantors hereby guarantee that the Obligations will be paid strictly in accordance with the terms of the Loan Documents. The liability of the Guarantors hereunder shall be absolute and unconditional, irrespective of: (i) any lack of validity or enforceability of the Loan Documents or any agreement or instrument relating thereto, including, without limitation, the lack of validity or enforceability of all or any portion of the liens or security interests granted thereby; (ii) any change in the time, manner or place of payment of, or in any other term in respect of, all or any of the Obligations, or any other amendment or waiver of or consent to any depart
